SSP Deutschland GmbH is recruiting for a Maintenance Co-ordinator covering a region from North London to Milton Keynes. You will apply technical knowledge to resolve maintenance faults, plan labour, and implement efficient changes to routines while coordinating with the Maintenance Helpdesk and Unit Managers.

The role is responsible for providing an efficient and effective brand maintenance service to SSP units within the designated area. This includes planning and delivering a high-quality building fabric maintenance programme, while adopting a continuous improvement and right-first-time approach to reduce equipment and building fabric faults and minimise customer service downtime. Effective team working is essential to ensure that the complete maintenance service provided to customers is delivered to a high standard and completed promptly, particularly where cooperation with colleagues or other teams is required. The role will also support the Maintenance Manager, Assistant Maintenance Manager and colleagues across the wider business by providing clear and effective communication on unit maintenance requirements, helping to deliver added value to unit managers. All work orders must be received and managed exclusively through the Maintenance Helpdesk or PDAs.
