Job Description

  • Co-ordinating the daily operations and all administration for the maintenance department
  • Providing weekly updates for management
  • Checking stock levels and ordering more when needed
  • Scheduling of sites visits and following up after
  • Invoicing and raising PO's
  • Being the Health and Safety go to person and keeping records up to date
  • Providing Customer service to clients and plans for any issues
  • Implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency
  • Coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal regulations
  • Handling administrative tasks related to operations and maintenance
  • Contributing to the overall growth and success of the organisation in the retail industry

The Successful Applicant

A successful Maintenance and Operations Co-Ordinator should have:
