Salary: £30,817.80 per annum

Hours: 45 hours per week

Location: Holmans Wood Holiday Park, TQ13 0DZ

Are you an experienced maintenance and grounds professional?

We’re looking for a skilled and hands-on leader to take charge of both general maintenance and grounds upkeep across the park, ensuring that everything looks great and runs smoothly for our owners and guests. What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance and Grounds Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead and manage the on-park maintenance and grounds team
  • Carry out a wide range of practical tasks, including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, plumbing, decorating, weed spraying, tree works gritting, and general repairs
  • Ensure all work meets health and safety standards, and that compliance is followed at all times
  • Support the Maintenance Manager in day-to-day operations and help build a positive team culture
  • Take pride in the appearance and function of the park, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all

Who We’re Looking For

Were seeking a confident capable team leader with hands-on experience in both maintenance and grounds care. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in maintenance and grounds roles
  • Multi-skilled tradesperson experience in both property maintenance and landscape work
  • Proven ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and safe working practices
  • A valid UK driving licence
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy with basic digital admin confidence
