Falkirk Council is leading on a number of ambitious and nationally significant investment programmes through its Investment, Assets and Climate Division. The Division manages a wide range of initiatives including the Falkirk and Grangemouth Growth Deal, Forth Green Freeport, Tax Increment Finance, Corporate Property Modernisation, Energy and Climate Change, and Learning Estate Development. As part of the Council's modernization agenda, we are adopting a category-focused approach to asset management and establishing a Property Corporate Landlord role. This new position has been created to lead the management of the Council's property assets, with a specific focus on maintenance and facilities management.

Reporting directly to the Head of Service, we are seeking an experienced individual to oversee the Council's maintenance and facilities management activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of operational property maintenance and facilities management services. The role requires collaboration with various services, external contractors, and key stakeholders to meet the Council's asset management performance goals.
