A leading pharmaceutical organization located in Hatfield is seeking a Maintenance and Asset Coordinator. This role involves managing the Computerised Maintenance Management System, ensuring timely maintenance activities, and collaborating with various teams to support regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience with CMMS platforms, strong communication skills, and a background in maintenance strategies. The maintenance and asset coordinator will ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) supporting the planning, coordination and execution of maintenance and facilities activities across the pharmaceutical site.
A key aspect of the role is proactive planning and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure maintenance activities are delivered and closed out on time in full compliance with GMP standards, site procedures and Home Office requirements.
This role acts as a central interface between engineering and operational teams enabling data‑driven decision‑making, optimising asset performance and supporting regulatory compliance through accurate system management and reporting.
You will also be based out of our excellent EMEA Knowledge Centre (EKC) facility which is our EU Headquarters and offers an inclusive and collaborative working environment.
