Location: Buttershaw / Hybrid Working ( 1-2 days in the office a week - Bradford)

Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional IT support and making a real difference to frontline teams? We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused TEC Support Specialist to provide remote and on-site technical assistance to our Above Ground Maintenance (AGM) and Below Ground Maintenance (BGM) colleagues and support partners.

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for all IT applications used by our field teams, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption. You'll live and breathe our business values and behaviours, helping us meet and exceed customer expectations every day.

Where you fit in

As our Maintenance Analyst you will:

• Provide remote and phone-based TEC support to AGM & BGM field teams
• Triage and resolve technical queries to maintain business operations
• Raise and manage Samange tickets with accurate issue documentation
• Support system upgrades and communicate changes to business users
• Act as the link between TEC and field teams, ensuring smooth collaboration
• Perform proactive system checks and resolve identified issues
• Maintain and update support documentation and knowledgebase
• Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with business values
• Understand Kelda's business needs and contribute to continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application issues using support tools
• Escalate unresolved incidents and document resolutions
• Analyse trends to improve problem management and user training
• Create and deliver training materials to promote best practice
• Use advanced technical skills to solve complex issues
