We are recruiting for an experienced Team Leader or Supervisor with a strong background in water network main laying. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors, are comfortable with physically demanding tasks, and can perform well in all weather conditions.

A full, clean driving licence and a valid NRSWA qualification are required. Candidates should have experience with main laying, installing HDPE and ductile iron mains, deep excavations, and confined spaces.
A strong awareness of health and safety is crucial, along with experience in underground service detection using tools like CAT and Genny. A CSCS card or equivalent is desirable, and experience with machine operation, such as 360 excavators, butt welding, electrofusion, forward tipping dumpers, ride-on rollers, inserting, and pipe bursting would be an advantage. Additional qualifications such as SHEA Water and First Aid certification would also be beneficial.
