Job summary

WHSmith in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure our store remains welcoming and easy to browse. You will contribute to high merchandising standards and help customers find what they need across travel retail and everyday items.

You’ll work independently or with the team to support colleagues, share a positive shopping journey, and uphold our store standards during peak times and regular hours.

As a Sales Assistant you'll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.
