25 hours per week

Monday to Friday - 0900 - 1400

£12.21 per hour

Are you organised, reliable, and customer-focused? Join our team as a Mailroom Operative and play a key role in ensuring a seamless and professional mail service for our clients at HMRC Bristol Regional Centre.

What you’ll do:
  • Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
  • Support stationery deliveries and occasional general tasks (cleaning, catering, reception)
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, PPE, and site procedures
  • Assist in audits and manage mailroom systems
What you bring:
  • Basic IT and literacy/numeracy skills
  • Great communication and a customer-first approach
  • Ability to work independently and use your initiative
  • (Desirable) Mailroom experience, NVQ, or H&S awareness
