Position: Part-Time Mailroom Coordinator

Hours: 20 hours per week, 1300 - 1700, Monday to Friday

Note: Full-time work required during colleagues' leave periods.

The Mailroom Coordinator is responsible for opening, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, collecting outgoing mail, and maintaining electronic logs and files related to mail processing for the client.

Responsibilities
  • Process, handle, and maintain records for all incoming and outgoing courier and mail deliveries, ensuring proper routing and labeling.
  • Provide solutions for special requirements such as bulk mail and large deliveries.
  • Maintain all mail stops and package rooms.
  • Research and follow-up with clients regarding mail and package tracking.
  • Perform mailroom and loading dock inspections.
  • Conduct task-specific job hazard assessments.
  • Monitor and restock inventory supplies as needed.
  • Support site operations, including reception coverage during absences.
  • Handle asset retirement processes.
  • Promote teamwork, cooperation, and personal success.
  • Participate in performance management and personal development planning.
  • Act as an ambassador for JLL, upholding cultural and ethical standards.
Client Relationship
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Meet or exceed service level agreements and KPIs.
  • Support daily mail service delivery in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency.
