Are you ready to be an integral part of a dynamic mailroom team? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Mail Operative to join our client's operations in Hillingdon, Uxbridge London. This temporary position is set to start on July 11, 2025, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile client's mailroom service!

What You'll Do:

As a Mail Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the mailroom. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service Excellence: Represent our client with professionalism and enthusiasm, promoting outstanding customer service at all times.


• Mail Management: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.


• Client Interaction: Handle inquiries from clients both face-to-face and over the phone with a friendly approach.


• Document Handling: File and retrieve documents within our established filing system.


• Courier Coordination: Book and receive courier items, ensuring timely delivery and receipt.


• Archiving Processes: Process archive files and track signature movements using onsite computer systems.


• Flexibility in Duties: Be prepared to tackle any additional responsibilities as directed by the Operations Manager or client.
