The Role

We are looking for an experienced Made-to-Measure (MTM) Tailoring Specialist to join our team in Marylebone, London. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone with a strong background in tailoring who thrives in a refined, independent retail environment and is passionate about classic menswear.

As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional made-to-measure consultations, ensuring each client receives a personalised experience that reflects our house style and standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-to-one MTM consultations, fittings, and follow-ups with confidence and precision
• Offer expert guidance on fabric selection, styling details, fit, and construction
• Build lasting relationships with clients through attentive, service-led selling
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Anglo-Italian’s product range, house style, and MTM process
• Collaborate with the broader team to maintain high standards on the shop floor and behind the scenes
• Contribute to the continued development and refinement of our MTM offering

• Proven experience in made-to-measure tailoring, ideally within a luxury or heritage menswear environment
• Strong knowledge of traditional tailoring, construction, and fit
