Job summary

We are recruiting an experienced Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing site in Wolverhampton. This role offers a weekend shift pattern and a stable 36-hour week, with a pay rate of £15.25 per hour.

You will operate punch presses, bending tools and other equipment, read engineering drawings, take measurements and prep products for dispatch. A reliable, detail‑oriented worker who can team up or work independently will thrive in this 12-week temp-to-perm position.

Machine Operator

Shift Pattern: Friday – Sunday | 6:00am – 6:00pm

• Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting where required

Requirements

• Previous machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment


• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings


• Good attention to detail and strong practical skills


• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team


• Comfortable working in a physically demanding role


• FLT licence or experience would be a bonus but is not essential
