Job description

Berry Recruitment is currently seeking a Machinist to work with a busy manufacturing client within the Timber industry in King's Lynn. This is a new and exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting and operating machinery
• Understanding timber grades and profiles
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Following instructions and adhering to health and safety regulations
• Maintaining good numeracy and accuracy skills

Previous experience in a yard environment or manufacturing/production is required; experience with Weinig Powercom software is desirable.

Details:

• Working hours: 46 hours per week, 6am-6pm, rotating day off
• Salary: £27,500-£29,500 per year, dependent on experience
• Position: Permanent
