About The Role

We are recruiting for a Machine Supervisor at our potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. You will be responsible for performance management through machinery and processes, ensuring safety and cost-efficiency, sharing your expertise to improve efficiencies, managing a small team, and overseeing production paperwork and product quality.

Experience with Vertical Form Fill and Seal (VFFS) Machinery and Multihead weighers is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided.

Start Date: Immediate

Hours: 6pm to 2.15am, Sunday to Thursday (fixed shift)

Salary: £13.46/hour + 50p/hour backshift premium
