We are seeking a Team Leader to be based in the Machine Shop at Hinckley, Leicester. The role is a permanent opportunity, working multiple shift patterns with responsibility for training, leading and motivating the team to deliver manufacturing excellence. As Team Leader you will monitor, record & work to achieve KPI targets, maintaining and advancing quality standards and promoting Kaizen in relation to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Train, lead and motivate the team.
  2. Monitor and record KPI targets.
  3. Maintain and advance quality standards.
  4. Promote Kaizen for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Engineering background with experience in an automotive/manufacturing environment.
  2. Proficiency in MS Packages including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Self-motivated, resilient, and hands-on approach to problem resolution.
