Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Machine Shop's daily operations.
  • Maintain a safe, compliant, and productive working environment.
  • Meet business targets for order intake, quality, and profit margins.
  • Produce accurate quotations and manage customer expectations.
  • Oversee work scheduling, resource planning, and team performance.
  • Manage team timekeeping, attendance and appraisal/disciplinary matters.
  • Drive quality and safety standards, maintaining the ISO 9000 QMS.
  • Meet agreed delivery targets.
  • Manage customers.
  • Drive continuous improvement.
