Job Role: CNC Machine Shop Foreman

Location or Commutable from: Rugby, Coventry, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire

Shift: Days Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Pay Rate / Salary: 21.00 per hour

My customer a leading precision engineering company based in Rugby delivering breakdown services to the CNC industry, are looking to expand their team and are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dayshift Foreman with exceptional CNC Milling and programming skills . The Candidate

An experienced engineer with experience of both manual and cnc machines

Proven experience within a leadership role

Be able to read engineering drawings

Confident using verniers, micrometres and gauges.

Responsibilities

Over see the day to day running of the shop floor operations and work flow planning

Lead a team of machinists and engineers providing guidance and direction

Be confident and able to make real time decisions to address shop floor challenges

Liase with management and support departments to meet production goals.
