Job summary

TipTopJob in Telford is seeking an experienced Machine Setter Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will set up, operate and optimise machinery to hit production targets while upholding the highest quality standards.

• Previous experience as a Machine Setter/Operator in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery efficiently and safely.
• Carry out machine changeovers and adjustments.
• Monitor performance and resolve minor machinery issues.

Salary: Starting salary of A GBP 35,115 per annum (rising to A GBP 43,486 once key competency levels are achieved)
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off : 12:hour rotating shifts (Days and Nights, including weekends)
