Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Setting machinery and production lines to specified requirements
  • Running equipment and monitoring production performance
  • Working towards hourly and daily production targets and KPIs
  • Identifying opportunities to improve machine performance and efficiency
  • Carrying out regular quality control checks
  • Completing accurate production documentation and machine logs
  • Communicating effectively during shift handovers and with the wider manufacturing team
  • Working closely with QA, R&D, Engineering and Production Planning
  • Maintaining excellent 5S standards
  • Carrying out regular maintenance checks
  • Following high standards of Health & Safety at all times
