The opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Setter to join our dynamic printing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine setting, be mechanically minded with knowledge of leaflet machine operations, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in machine setting, particularly in printing, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing industries, is preferred.

How you will impact WestRock:

• Expected to set and run machines as required to maximize shift output.
• Ability to operate all folding machines and various leaflet formats.
• Work to the agreed quality standards and achieve departmental quality targets.
• Provide practical troubleshooting advice on machines and finishing processes when needed.

What you need to succeed:

• Previous experience of working on and setting machines, ideally in printing, pharmaceuticals, or food environments.
• PC literacy.
• Ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Awareness of current Health & Safety practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
