We’re seeking an experienced Machine Setter to join our established team in Needham Market. With a 4-day work week and just 1 Friday per month on a rota, this is a chance to build your career in a supportive, innovation-driven environment.

The Role

As a Machine Setter, you’ll ensure our packaging and production lines are set up, adjusted, and maintained for peak performance. Your work will support quality output, continuous improvement, and team development

Location & Hours

• Location: On-site at Glowcroft HQ, Lion Barn Industrial Estate, Needham Market, Suffolk
• Core Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:15 AM – 5:30 PM
• Additional Shift: 1x Friday per month, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (paid additionally at a flat rate)
