Job Title: Machine Setter

Job Responsibilities

1. Set up machines to the correct standards.
2. Perform quality checks using standardized equipment throughout the production process.
3. Maintain the efficient running of production.
4. Support the achievement of department KPIs.
5. Carry out maintenance tasks as required.
6. Work with the team to maintain a clean and safe working area.
7. Use area PCs for relevant tasks.

Qualifications

• Technical/Mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and machinery software (previous experience preferred).
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively.
