JM Selection Ltd. is seeking Machine Packing Operatives to join a busy plastic injection moulding environment in Blackwood. The role requires hands-on work in a fast-paced production setting and includes 12-hour shifts with nights and days on a 4-on 4-off pattern.

You will operate and monitor machinery, perform quality checks, and prepare products for dispatch, with overtime opportunities and paid breaks. A strong team ethic and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on and reliable in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including nights.
• Able to follow instructions and production procedures.
• Quality-conscious with good attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Start and stop machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machinery throughout production.
• Perform quality checks on products.
• Trim excess plastic from finished items.
• Pack finished products for dispatch.
• Palettise products for storage or transport.
• Identify and report machinery faults or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets.
