Job Description:

Would you like to join a stable and reputable dairy business in Westbury, Wiltshire? We have some vacancies across the factory, the largest butter and powder facility in the UK. The site is also the home of Anchor butter. You will be working in a fully-automated facility where your safety is the number one priority. Arla has a culture of rewarding talent by promoting internally.

Who are you?

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will operate high-speed processing and packing equipment. Responsibilities include safety, quality, and efficiency on your production line. Full training will be provided.

  • You must be able to follow our Continental Shift pattern. You will work 12-hour shifts, rotating between days and nights, including some weekends (2 weekends per month).
  • You should be able to work on your own initiative, possess strong team skills, and have a flexible attitude.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills, along with a sound technical understanding, are required.
