This role involves operating machines to inspect medical device components, ensuring quality and compliance with company procedures. Job description

We are currently looking to recruit 2 x Machine Operators working in the Mould shop - working on NIGHT SHIFT.
Monday to Thursday - 8pm to 8am - 4 NIGHTS only.
48 hours pay per week (£638 per week - equivalent to £33,196 per annum).
* There will be two 15-minute tea breaks and a 30-minute lunch break.
* Closed for all UK bank holidays.
This is a Temp to Perm role.

Job Role:

Your day-to-day role will be working within one of our injection moulding cleanroom areas. Our operators are required to operate injection moulding machines to inspect medical device components. Each machine produces around 30 different products, so the work is varied and interesting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inspection of moulded parts.
  2. Checking and packing of finished products.
  3. Following company procedures and work instructions.
  4. Identifying non-conforming products and/or materials and bringing them to the attention of the room supervisor or quality control inspector.

Training:

Full training will be given by the cleanroom supervisor for our production processes such as insert moulding, packaging, sealing, and visual inspection.
