Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Machine Operator to join a well-established company based in Luton. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic role, operating machinery in a small and friendly team of five machine operators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a medium-sized machine, ensuring smooth production.
• Perform reasonably heavy lifting as part of the role.
• Follow training protocols to master machine operation.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure the machine runs efficiently.
• Work collaboratively in a small team of five operators.
• Prior machine operating experience is preferred but not essential – full training is provided.
• Ability to handle moderate physical tasks, including lifting.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
