Machine Operator (Mechanical) in Bridgwater

The Company:

The Role:

You will be responsible for operating high-speed production lines within a continuous manufacturing process. Your duties include machine setup, running the line, tool changes, cleaning machinery, and conducting quality checks. Basic maintenance of machines will be required, so a good mechanical aptitude or manufacturing experience is beneficial. Full training will be provided on the process and role.

The Candidate:
  • Background in engineering or manufacturing operation (preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude (qualifications or experience), previous vehicle mechanic experience is advantageous
  • Willing to work shifts
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, pressurized environment
  • Aiming to build a career in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of plastics, especially extrusion, would be useful
