Machine Operator

SUMMARY

Operates machinery to modify and change the shape and nature of metal, plastic, and rubber materials to produce quality parts according to a schedule.

Checks machinery for cleanliness and proper working order, and adjusts as necessary.

1. Operate a limited number of machines/presses to manufacture products.
2. Read and interpret basic blueprints.
3. Use measuring instruments to verify quality.
4. Confirm materials, prints, tools, and dies per work order.
5. Perform routine maintenance and keep the work area clean.
6. Experience with die cutting is a plus.
7. May perform other related duties as needed.

Packer (Packaging)

SUMMARY

Performs packaging operations following prescribed instructions.

1. Package parts using simple equipment and hands.
2. Read and understand basic blueprints.
3. Use measuring instruments to verify product specifications.
4. Confirm materials and prints per work order.
5. Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
