• Position: Machine Operator
• Hours: Monday to Thursday 6:30am to 4:30pm

We’re looking for a Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Lancing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in production or manufacturing, who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As a Machine Operator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Operating hydraulic presses safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading items from heat treatment processes
• Performing routine maintenance on machinery
• Ensuring your work area is kept clean, safe, and organised

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in operating machinery – especially heavy or industrial equipment (preferred)
• Previous work in a production or manufacturing setting
• Ability to lift heavy equipment confidently
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Thursday 6:30am to 4:30pm based in Lancing. The salary is £28,000 per annum.
