We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Line Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have FFS (Form, Fill, Seal) packing experience, a strong ability to work under pressure, and excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

• Operate and maintain FFS packing machinery, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality.
• Conduct regular equipment checks, troubleshoot issues, and carry out preventive maintenance.
• Ensure all production processes meet operational and safety standards.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement best practices.
• Anticipate potential issues and take proactive steps to prevent disruptions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance production workflows.

People Management & Collaboration

• Support and mentor team members, fostering a strong team culture.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Influence and build strong relationships with colleagues across departments.

Systems & Compliance

• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Utilise SAP and other operational systems efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.

• FFS Packing Experience – Proven experience in Form, Fill, Seal packaging processes.
