Job Description:

MPLOY Staffing Solutions is seeking individuals for long-term, ongoing temporary work in Ilminster at a company manufacturing metal products for the automotive and aerospace industries.

You will operate machinery that cuts, bends, and forms metal to precise standards. Candidates should have some engineering experience, whether working with production machinery, CNC machinery, or a good understanding of engineering principles. Experienced candidates may have the opportunity for increased pay based on their skills.

The role involves working on a rotating shift pattern of mornings and afternoons:

• Week 1: Mon, Wed 05:30 am – 3:00 pm; Thu 05:30 am – 2:40 pm
• Week 2: Mon, Wed 3:00 pm – 12:30 am; Thu 2:40 pm – 11:50 pm

Training will be provided on day shifts for two weeks. Overtime is paid at 1.5x on Fridays and Saturdays, and 2.0x on Sundays.
