Job summary

A staffing agency is looking for Machine Operators in the Mould shop, working day shifts from Monday to Thursday. The role includes operating injection moulding machines, inspecting medical device components, and ensuring quality. Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions. Full training will be provided in a cleanroom environment, making the job varied and interesting.

Job description

We are currently looking to recruit a Machine Operators working in the Mould shop-working on DAY SHIFT.

Monday to Thursday- 8am to 8pm- 4 days only per week-This a temp tpo perm role.

48 hours pay per week (GBP638 per week- equiv to GBP30,700 per annum.

  • There will be two 15-minute tea breaks and a 30-minute lunch break.
  • Closed for all UK bank holidays.

This is a Temp to Perm role.

Job Role:

Your day to day role will be working within one of our injection moulding cleanroom area. Our operators are required to operate Injection moulding machines to inspect medical device components. Each machine produces around 30 different products, so, the work is varied and interesting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Inspection of moulded parts.
  • Checking and packing of finished products.
  • Following company procedures and work instructions.
  • Identifying non-conforming products and/or materials and bring them to the attention of the room supervisor or quality control inspector.

  • Ability to work well as a team member.
  • Good concentration and attention to detail.
  • Capable of following instructions.
  • A good work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills.

Training:

  • Full training will be given by the cleanroom supervisor for our production processes such as; Insert moulding, packaging, sealing, visual inspection.
