Join Henderson Products Inc., located in Manchester, IA! We are the North American leader in the design, manufacture, and upfit of multi-purpose equipment for heavy-duty work trucks, specializing in snow and ice control and "Keeping America’s Roads Safe!"

Day Shift - 5am to 3:00pm, 20-minute paid lunch. Flexible start times available if needed.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating fabrication machines (Brake Press, Lasers, Drills, Saws) following established standard operating procedures (SOP) and guidelines. You must understand blueprints to fabricate parts to specifications, perform maintenance, ensure quality, participate in training, perform daily 5S activities, work as part of a team, and uphold all safety standards.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:

• Knowledge of basic shop math, ability to read a tape measure and use a protractor

• Ability to identify various types and gauges of steel
• Ability to operate overhead hoist

Preferred:

• 1,000 hours of trade school or equivalent
• Fabrication experience

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Ability to lift or push up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Exposure to noise and welding and grinding fumes at times
