Pay: $23.19 - $27.39 + ($1.50 Shift Premium)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintains productivity levels according to plant goals.

  • Adheres to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.

  • Properly reports labor

  • Gets drawings needed and cut parts without assistance

  • Operates a computerized back stop

  • Performs weekly maintenance on shear

  • Knowledge of gauges / types of metals

  • Reads blue prints as needed

  • Stores parts properly

  • Distinguishes between interior and exterior

  • Performs scribing and notching

Education/Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Education

  • Read and write English

  • Knowledge of company safety policies

  • Able to read Tape measure

  • Prior Machine Operating experience REQUIRED
