Machine Operator/CNC Operator (Entry-Level) | 1st & 3rd Shift Available

Job Duties

1. Properly start up and shut down CNC equipment
2. Efficiently load and unload CNC equipment with unprocessed and processed parts
3. Diligently monitor machine performance, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate issues through the chain of command
4. Manually deburr parts and assemble aluminum frames with fixtures and screw guns
5. Perform timely basic daily and weekly preventive maintenance on machines
6. Maintain a clean and organized workcell
7. Follow all safety requirements and report safety concerns to the Safety Committee
8. Follow written and oral instructions and provide process feedback for continuous improvement

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing/operator experience
• CNC experience
• Flexibility to work in different manufacturing work cells as needed
• Self-motivated
