Job Description:

Our client in Penryn is seeking a Machine Operative to join their team. The company develops high-performance coatings and world-class synthetics for the print market. This role involves working with various chemicals daily. Full PPE and training will be provided.

Job Requirements:

• Chemical handling (Full COSHH training provided)
• Manual handling (must be physically fit)

Salary and Working Hours:

Starting salary: £11.73, rising after probation. Shift premium of 33% for evening shift. 40 hours per week.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday with flexible shift patterns:

• 6:45 am – 3:15 pm
• 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

Initially, shifts will be 6:45 am – 3:15 pm until sufficient training is completed, then potentially moving to the evening shift.
