Job summary

A leading construction recruitment agency is seeking a skilled 360 Machine Operator for a busy housing site in Middleton Cheney. The role offers an hourly rate of £23 and requires experience operating a 5ton/8ton machine. Candidates must possess a CPCS/NPORS Card and have a strong background in housing site operations. This is an ongoing contract position with shifts typically from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CPCS/NPORS Card to operate a 360 machine.
• At least 2 years of experience working on housing sites.
• Knowledgeable about the specific machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 5ton/8ton machine on a busy housing site.
• Perform front and back end works, as well as enabling works.

HOURLY RATE : £23 per hour

LOCATION : Middleton Cheney

DATE COMMENCING :30th July 2025

LENGTH OF CONTRACT : Ongoing

HOURS OF WORK :
· 7:30am – 16:30pm
· Book 9 hours per day

JOB DESCRIPTION : You will be required to use a 5ton/8ton machine and you will be working on a busy housing site carrying out front and back end works and enabling works.

REQUIREMENTS :
· CPCS/ NPORS Card 360 machine
· PPE

PERSON SPECIFICATION :
· Experienced in housing sites
· Knowledge of the machine
· Can communicate
· Confident in using a 360 machine
