If you enjoy working with machinery, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to a team-driven atmosphere, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. What You’ll Be Doing:

  2. Monitor and adjust machines to ensure optimal performance, maintaining precise control over the operation and adjusting settings for quality results.
  3. Troubleshoot and identify potential issues with machine functions such as roll quality, silicone continuity, and dimensional tolerances, and work with your team to resolve them.
  4. Load materials into machines, adjusting feed rates and ensuring proper material preparation for production.
  5. Follow Standard Operating Procedures to adhere to production and quality parameters, and document machine performance or malfunctions.
  6. Maintain a clean work area and machinery to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
  7. Participate in quality assurance checks and contribute to improving film quality and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A detail-oriented individual capable of monitoring operations closely to ensure smooth functioning.

  • Coordination skills for handling small, intricate components and making adjustments to machines.
  • Familiarity with measurement tools such as rulers, scales, and gauges.

  • Ability to work holidays and adapt to non-standard hours.
  • Ability to manage stress and foster positive interactions with teammates.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 30-50 pounds.
