Job Summary:
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating our newly expanded automated CNC equipment, where we produce aluminum frames for displays. The right candidate will work diligently to ensure all products are manufactured with integrity and are error-free.

Responsibilities:

• Properly start up and shut down CNC equipment
• Efficiently load and unload CNC equipment with unprocessed and processed parts
• Diligently monitor machine performance, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate issues as needed
• Manually deburr parts and assemble aluminum frames using fixtures and screw guns
• Perform timely basic daily and weekly preventive maintenance on machines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety requirements and report safety concerns to the Safety Committee
• Follow written and oral instructions and provide process feedback for continuous improvement
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience
