Position Overview: Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines manually and perform skilled labor tasks.
• Read and interpret job sheets to set up machinery for various projects.
• Perform complex cutting, assembly, and other operations with precision and attention to detail.
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet customer specifications.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure efficient setups and high-quality outputs.
• Work closely with the quoting and customer service team to suggest process improvements and share ideas for future projects.
• Maintain a cleanroom/white room environment, adhering to strict standards for medical device manufacturing.
• Follow all safety regulations and work instructions to produce die-cut products of the highest quality.
