Machine Operator - Worcester

Location: Worcester

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Hours: Monday–Thursday, alternating weekly shifts - 5:00am–3:00pm and 3:00pm–1:00am (40 hours per week)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our growing team in Worcester. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor machinery in line with production requirements
  • Carry out basic machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product specifications are met
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
  • Report any faults, breakdowns, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
  • Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
What We Looking For
  • Previous experience in a machine operating, manufacturing, or production role (preferred but not essential - full training can be provided)
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
