Operate production machinery efficiently and safely to meet daily targets, maintain product quality, and follow hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machinery according to approved specifications.

• Ensure correct sealing, labelling, and coding of all products.

• Maintain high product quality and report any issues promptly.

• Record batch codes and temperature checks accurately.

• Support production teams to meet deadlines and reduce waste.

• Follow hygiene, cleaning, and safety procedures at all times.

• Assist in other departments (e.g., stores or dispatch) when needed.

Performance Measures:

• Production output vs. targets

• Product quality and consistency

• Timekeeping and attendance

• Hygiene and audit performance
