Hours:4 on days, 4 off, 4 on nights
Pay:£14.07 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a Skilled Machine Operator to join our client and operate high-speed manufacturing equipment. Your role will ensure production runs efficiently while meeting strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to health, safety, and quality protocols
• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to optimize production
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to maintain machine efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of production and downtime
• Conduct pre-use checks and ensure products meet quality standards
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail with a commitment to safety protocols
• Team-oriented with excellent organizational skills
