Manpower are currently recruiting for Skilled Machine Operators for a prestigious manufacturing client based in Telford. Your role will ensure production runs efficiently while meeting strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to health, safety, and quality protocols
• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to optimize production
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to maintain machine efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of production and downtime
• Conduct pre-use checks and ensure products meet quality standards
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment

We have a variety of shifts available including Days, Mornings, Afternoons and Night shifts.

These are temporary positions with a potential of leading permanent paying between £12.21 and £14.50 per hour.
