We are seeking an experienced Machine operator who has a genuine appreciation for high-end bespoke furniture. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Methodical Work Approach: Ability to work to strict, challenging deadlines while maintaining high standards.
  • Attention to Detail: Passionate about producing accurate, high-quality bespoke furniture.
  • Organised & Self-Motivated: Able to maintain a clean and tidy work environment while staying focused and efficient.
  • Technical Skills: Capable of interpreting technical drawings and performing basic mathematical calculations to ensure precise measurements.
  • While a City & Guilds qualification or equivalent in furniture/cabinet production is advantageous, it is not essential. The successful candidate will have a good level of workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture bespoke furniture pieces with precision, following detailed specifications.
  • Use hand tools and machinery effectively to create high-quality pieces.
  • Ensure a clean, organised work area and adhere to safety standards.
  • Work independently or within a team to meet production deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Interpret technical drawings and perform basic calculations for accuracy in dimensions and finishes.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 07:30 am - 16:30 pm
