Job summary

Know How Resourcing is recruiting a Machine Operative to join our client in Bingley. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is mechanically minded and keen to learn new skills, with a Monday–Friday, 08:00-16:30 shift.

You will carry out quality inspections, monitor machine performance and contribute to production targets while maintaining high quality. You will follow all health and safety procedures in a busy manufacturing environment.

• Attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to recognise when equipment isn't operating correctly and respond appropriately.
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude.
• Experience operating machinery or in a manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential.
