Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, days & nights. 6:45 - 7:00

Salary: £33,114.96 per annum + site bonus scheme up to £800 per annum

You will make contributions that matter by:

1. Being responsible for a designated area, driving performance to meet, maintain and exceed quality, food safety, and costs
2. Providing operational control for all elements of running production equipment, including set-up, maintenance, and cleaning
3. Quickly identifying and remedying machine errors as they occur
4. Minding a variety of packing machines
5. Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, Site Policies, and Safe Systems of Work

You are best suited for the role if you have:

• Prior experience working in a production/process environment
• Experience working on packing machines (desirable)
• Ability to work using your own initiative
• Experience working as part of a team
• The ability to adapt to an ever-changing manufacturing environment
