Job Title: Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality components for our customers. Your responsibilities include setting up and operating various manufacturing machinery, adhering to tight specifications and quality standards. You will follow production plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate a variety of machinery, including reading technical drawings to produce high-quality parts.
2. Ensure products meet quality and regulatory requirements.
3. Proactively identify and resolve production issues.
4. Keep accurate records in line with cGMP and GDP standards.
5. Maintain cleanliness and perform routine machine maintenance.
6. Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation, or relevant qualification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment following strict quality procedures.
• Flexibility and a team-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, SAGE).
