Machine Operator Lead
Temp to Hire $21 Per Hour
1st Shift Monday – Friday 6:30am – 3:15pm + Overtime
Lancaster, OH
Looking for a manufacturing environment unlike any other? You’ve come to the right place! Dawson is currently staffing Machine Operator Leads in Lancaster, OH.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responsible for the safety, organization, and cleanliness of areas around loading, etching, water treatment, packing, tool storage etc.
• Setup, troubleshoot, and operate the etching line and water treatment equipment.
• Give work instructions and be responsible for the quality of the work performed by the production crew.
• Set up and operate the sleeve labeling machine.
• Load labels and containers onto the machine and adjust the machine as needed.
• Monitor the quality of the completed product and troubleshoot any issues.

Who we’re looking for:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a must.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Must have great attention to detail and patience when handling product.
• High School Diploma is required.
